Mr. Robertson is a structural and civil engineer located in Charlotte, NC.  He provides engineering consultation services for residential, commercial and governmental projects.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional and emphasizes green building practices.  He specialize in wood and timber framed residential and commercial construction.

Mr. Robertson also specializes in structural inspections and forensic engineering.  Mr. Robertson has performed structural inspections and forensic engineering for home owners, Realtors, National Home Inspection Companies, commercial and industrial clients and fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America.

Piers, Boat Docks, Slips and Ramps on Lake Norman & Lake Wylie

Clinton D. Robertson, P.E., LEED AP has designed and assessed many piers, floating boat docks, ramps, boat slips and other water structures for individual home owners, community developments, and marinas on the Duke Energy controlled water ways of Lake Norman, Lake Willie, Mountain Island Lake, and other bodies of water.  Mr. Robertson has over six year of experience working with structures in the Duke Energy controlled lake systems.  Mr. Robertson is well versed in the requirements and regulations of Duke Energy's waterways.
